What steps will reproduce the problem?
Playing any game, I encountered it in Mario All Stars.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Sound problems. It's like some short "poc, pocs".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Snes 1.52, XPSP3

Please provide any additional information below.
It's noticeable more with XAudio2 sound driver.
