Add Live Player Count from C&C:Online #17

A toolbar indicating which games are most active when launching the mod launcher would be an interesting touch.

Could probably use RoboBrowser or BeautifulSoup for the parsing of cnc-online.net on the current player counts,pinging the website every 2-3 seconds so that there is always a live count.
