Add Button to Reconfigure "launcher_paths.info" #8

As of right now, the only way to reload "paths.info" (later "launcher_paths.info") is to delete it, and have the program act as if it were just installed.

A good solution would be to ensure that all paths that are already noted down still exist, then check again for those not existing to see if it was just installed or not.
