Added support of RTL for Hebrew, Arabic and Farsi languages
Added ability to navigate to index.html by clicking on Logo on article page

I've added is_rtl property to config/languages.json file for languages which require RTL support
I've modified config/summarizer.txt to use Jinja2 script for HTML template to check whether language is RTL, then add dir="rtl to the div of the article
