Floating letters should be letters not in the native tongue

@oleksandrfomin5995 I'm sure the design document said something different, but don't you think it would be better to have the letters floating around above the title be chinese, japanese, arabic etc...

it looks strange how it is now.

if language uses latin letters: animation uses japanese, chinese, cryllic, arabic if language uses japanese letters: animation uses latin, cryllic, arabic (dont use chinese as they share characters) if language uses chinese letters animation uses larin, cryllic, arabic ....
