Should we have a proper CI in GitHub? #28

Could you please set CI (GitHub Actions) for building/publishing app instead of building it locally and uploading manually. This provides a better security for users. Also could help development and test processes too. Thanks in advance

For now CI is working on F-Droid. I think that's enough at the current stage.
