It will be done. Last release was the first iteration of the event form redesign. Checklist, timer, activity, notifications will be added soon.

Sounds wonderful. Just want to say you deserve more adulation than given. I'm a student and this app superseded 4 applications in my library.

What kinds of productivity apps do you also use? :)
Checklist, timer, activity, notifications
Templates also.

I use journal to jot down my thoughts and also it helps in keeping my english in practice since it's my second language. Obsidian is very efficient to do almost everything. If you ever plan to enhance "Notes" feature in this app. Basic markdown support I think would be great.
Simple Time Tracker (superseded) Generic time tracking application, very reliable though. One thing that is particularly great in that app is Categories section. You define your activities under certain category and then observe stats under purview of that particular category. Or you can use tags.
Countedate- Fdroid (superseded) Countdown for dates, helps in tracking events and meeting some deadlines.
BetterCounter - Fdroid To basically track how many moderate to difficult questions I've attempted in a day, maybe few exercse reps too. :)
Graded- Grade Tracker To track my results. It calculates average of the marks I'm getting in tests.
Ankidroid Flashcards. It is my main application for studying everything.
That's pretty much it. I don't know if they all can be called productivity apps but these are all the apps that I frequently use.
I don't have templates that look good ?? To be candid with you. It's very new to me- the concept. You need to start another activity when one is finished. I still forget to start activities every now n then. So I started from the bottom. I have four activities.
I'd share some screenshots once I get the hang of everything over email or any medium that's preferred.
Few suggestions :)
These are not decrees :) just observed few things during my usage of the app. The app is already perfect as is.
Thanks again and apologies for this verbose comment.
Thank you for the detailed response. I'm surprised at how many apps you use.

I plan to implement tags for activities/repeatings. Not soon.
To basically track how many..
I also need this feature, and I have some idea how to solve that with timeto.me.
Checklists getting unmarked at the end of the day.
It will be.
A little percentage count would be nice for checklists
I'm not sure it will be usefull for all checklists. For me, it's distracting.
hide that navigation indicator on my android
At the moment I haven't found a good solution that works well on all devices.
Screensaver mode.

That's the most comprehensive reply I've received to my comment. Much appreciated. :)
@Medvedev91 Hi I wanted to know your thoughts about having a "Clear Records" option without it modifying your activities or saved recurring tasks. Just the records ?
If I understand you right, you mean like "Clear History". For now it can easily be done by editing .json backup
But I personally think it's a harmful practice. Trying to have the perfect history and clear after failures. Looks like we try to serve the app, not the app us.

Great point. Thanks for clarification.

@Medvedev91 If you ever plan on adding this, I've found implementation of flip clock apps for this feature to be very efficient.
I've tried this - https://github.com/AlynxZhou/flipclock-android And few on play store as well.
Its just this indicator sticks out so much in overall a muted non distracting UI. I have the front camera in the middle of the screen on my phone. I've turned on the setting to ignore that notch for the app. That's why the indicator is aligned in the middle. Otherwise it looks like this.
It's hideous 😂
I plan to make a special UI for landscape mode. Maybe with timer only, like "Zen" mode.

@Medvedev91 Hi dev I had some questions on fundamentals to using the app. How do you approach this scenario - Say you need longer period of time to complete a task (work as an example)than it was assigned and and now timer is overdue. So Pomodoro is worthless now ? Now you need some time to unwind yourself before starting another timer. Under which category would the Unwinding Time (break time ) go ? Would you let it run under "Work" without starting a new timer or would you start the timer under "Other" category ?
Basically what I find hard to understand is -
Am I overthinking this ?
Hi,
Reading your message I am once again confirmed that you have a very deep understanding of how the app works and understand the real problems. Your points are what I've been thinking about for the past few months.
Please create a new issue, I am preparing an answer. This will be a long term plan that I will follow.
Please create a new question
I didn't understand this. As in create a new issue or something else ?

Yes, issue. :)
Yes, issue. :)
I think when we start thinking about our ways to beating procrastination. We would find a solution for this. I'll expand on it in an issue.
@Medvedev91 Hi dev Do you think event should be a timer ? For me it would restrict me from logging my tasks since we do not have concurrent timers as of now.
I was thinking maybe events could be something like Pinned Note on top of our home screen so that I can log my tasks while not interfering with an event.
Actually, I never start a timer for events. I just remove the "event tasks" once they are done. Looks strange but works. Maybe someday we will find a good solution like you suggest.
If I were to give an exam on a date say 10 days from now. I create an event in the calendar and I want to add a checklist to this event so that I don't forget any essential items. Now the problem is in a future event the only thing I can modify is its date and time- neither the information of activity it belongs to nor checklists. However on actual event day when it shows "Exam" on my main screen, it now acts like a task. I can add all the info to it.
I might be missing an option or it is possible to do this and I don't know how. Or it could be there by design. I just wanted to point this out.
It's a great app. Thanks for your diligence.
