[rpm/meecast.spec] Fix #48 and remove trailing spaces #49

Note, that I did not test this: I will wait a few months before I upgrade any of my devices to SailfishOS 4.6.0.

But as Meecast currently is the only working Weather app for SailfishOS (except if one creates a personal API key for Foreca), this shall be addressed.

P.S.: I understood that Meecast Event View is affected only by reading e.g. post #6 and post #13 in the FSO-thread "SFOS 4.6 (Foreca / Meecast): How to (re-)enable the weather infos in Events View" and some posts in the FSO-thread "[Release notes] Sauna 4.6.0.11".
