Deactivated user

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Presently we do not display if a user is deactivated or not and we cannot know if a post was done by someone active or not.

For the manager field, we have modified the component to display the user name to be able to have the user status. Presently we can display whether the user is deactivated or not thanks to an icon. On hovering over the icon a tooltip displays "Deactivated". (NB: for the moment it's displayed disabled but it will be changed thanks to crowdin).

We have implemented it in the contact information drawer and we can implement it on all the platforms.

Describe the solution you'd like We propose to display this information in all the locations where the user name is displayed. The only location not impacted is the user card in the space member tab which already has the information differently.
