Reduction of Feeds Spamming #1729

Good morning, the rate of contributors using the new task "post something useful" to get a point and ending up spamming the community is alarming. What I'll love to suggest is to set a time range in which an individual can post or limitation of post per daily basis. If it is going to be on time range, I think an individual should be able to post after 8hrs when he or she have initiated the first post. And if it is going to be on daily basis a contributor should be entitled to post twice daily. This will help shorten down the spamming mode, and warning should be set across. Thank you.

That would be similar to the slow down feature on platforms such as Discord. It may be useful yes but I think the issue here is that it's a cheap point grab with no upper bound.

In the meantime, as a workaround, and to keep trying to foster meaningful conversation, instead of disabling it, we can try to switch it to weekly and have a manual review to decide if it has sparked a usefulness conversation or not.
