App center - Application help icon is mis-placed #2035

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. on app center admin
  2. add a hlep url on any app & save
  3. display app center and check ? icon displayed

Current behaviour

the icon ? location is wrong.

Expected behavior

the ? icon should be on the bottom of the card next to the bookmark icon on the left.
