Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It is currently possible for any user to fix the left menu

After some months of usage, it appears that:

Users don't know it is possible to fix it
Admins want to fix it by default to ensure the visibility of navigations provided to users

Describe the solution you'd like From the branding page, admin can decide to choose the default display of the left menu
