Add a link option in the Image portlet

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. With the new layout, we can have beautiful things made, but in order to highlight these possibilities, it could be very useful to use more images. Today images are raw, there is no many options. I would like to use images in order to clic and go anywhere else.

Describe the solution you'd like When you edit the Image portlet, add the possibility to have a link when you click on it. Add the option of a description in order to be accessibility compliant and have an information when you fly over the image.

Additional context In home pages this option open the possibility of attractive pages. It's the same for sections, other pages or subjects.

What you are requesting looks more like a legend / caption. So to summarize, you'd like to have two more options from the image portlet starting from the drawer:
