Item with links doesn't work

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a space
2. Add an item in the navigation space management and select the option link OR existing page - open in a new tab or not. Save
3. see errors

a. the option Open in the same tab couldn't be setted to "false" b. After the first creation, i should edit the item because my first settings aren't applied

Expected In a space Or in a site, from the menu in the top bar OR from the left navigation

• If the option "Open in the same tab" is true : when i click the url opens in the same tab
• if the option "open in the same tab" is false : when i click, the url opens in a new tab

Another requirements : I should not clean my cache. It works with Firefox, Safari or a chromium browser
