currently when I create a space of type Community, I have to create a dedicated program manually and associate the audience.
Describe the solution you'd like
When creating a new space of type community, automatically create a contribution program for with the name and banner of the space. this way space admins can directly start to create the actions.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Create the program for any space (just like news target) even if not used
Let admin initialize the default space program in one click from placeholders on portlets that require having space program (lazy creation approach).
