Steps to reproduce

set property to exo.feature.PostToNetwork.enabled=false
launch server
create user1 and user2
connect with user1 and got user2 profile
send kudos to user2

(optional) Affected version

7.0

Current behaviour

Post to netwrok option is available

Expected behavior

Post to netwrok option shouldn't be available
