上传图片问题 #130

在使用md格式发布文章的时候，我将md文档直接复制到issues里，然后md文档里有很多的图片在本地的当前路径下，如何发布文章里带上传图片的，在发布后正常显示图片？

1、直接拉图片进issue，github会存储图片，并且给出链接 2、使用其他图床，并使用Gmeek_html功能
