NoDeleteMessages not working #31

It was working earlier today, but after some updates to BBD and or Zere's Plugin Library, it's no longer working. Same problem as usual, edited and deleted messages show no change from the original messages. I've tried the files from the latest pull request, they didn't help.

When I flip the switch to disable the plugin it says it could not be stopped.

for me only sometimes this happen and these 2 libraries keep updating every fkng day since a few days ;/

Same. Edited and Deleted messages show no change from the original messages.
