Added a tooltip for the add player button (@meatmeatmeatmeatmeatmeat could you fix styling please, should be same height as the search bar and I hate css)
Fixed some issues with the search bar
Fixed the infinitely spinning spinner glitch #110
Added additional kiwi icon assets for the megascatterbomb icon (assets only, impl is future work)
Fixed unassigned team shifting around unnecessarily if most players are on BLU.

@meatmeatmeatmeatmeatmeat Good work on the tooltip updates, but I was referring to the "Add player" button itself lol. Should be the same height as the search bar and wrapping it with the tooltip broke it.
