Automatic Updater #134

It would be nice to have an Automatic Updater so that for the people who aren't in the discord or dont get pinged don't have to often check for updates

I intend to add some notification that a new version is available with a direct link to download it, however I will not be adding any functionality for the client to automatically update itself to the new version.
