Still a bit of a WIP as I work on things like how much I
despise the way that Mobile sizes fonts. I will also likely
piggy-back on this PR to handle the "Income" view, since
this also adds the base stuff for "Mobile" in general (new
layout, styles, etc).
Currently this covers adding "Messages". I didn't really
change too much on the backend, so I did do some data
mocks. I'll call out changes in the Diff that should be
approved / taken into consideration as far as data
changes go.
