  Admin Misc

• [ ] Russia should automatically begin Turn 1 with a Recurring Reserve they get throughout the entire game.
• [ ] United Nations page and human control page (bulk human PR entry): Main PR Modifier and Main description shouldn’t be overwritten/ignored if there are country specific modifiers on a submit as well as a general main PR modifier. Basically should be able to give everyone +2 and give some people extra adds or minuses and they are all stored separately.
• [ ] United Nations page and human control page (bulk human PR entry): rename Bulk human PR creation to Bulk Nation PR creation
• [ ] Users page: the users should be listed sorted by team, then team role. Easier to find people that way

  Human Control

• [ ] Human controls: rename to nation control
• [ ] Human controls page (bulk human PR entry): remove New PR Entry button, not needed/redundant (after save new PR automatically clears the page so ready for new PR
• [ ] Human controls page: income to distribute to players. Combine bonus reserves column and recurring reserves column (control doesn’t need to know the difference)

Time Changes

• [ ] Advanced controls in administration: We should keep the time/date stamp when the next turn is but change it to 12 hour clock
• [ ] Advanced controls in administration: instead of updating the time/date of next round it would be better to have it be: “current round is X, minutes and second to next round: Y and Z”. When they change the current round or minutes/seconds to next round have code to change it to date/time of next turn.

• [ ] Terror Tracker page includes Rioters and Military Activity which we don't use anywhere. We either will want to remove those things or have them visible on the Mobile app (possibly on a new tab)
• [ ] Do we want to allow multiple users as the same role? Probably.
• [ ] Email has to be unique: that might need to change. It’s possible that players can have multiple roles if they don’t have a full team. (old comment: make sure that email is not required to be unique across games (so if the same player plays in a later game we don’t get an error trying to add them). I’m sure it’s fine just wanted to double check and make sure that it’s fine)
