Non-standard Windows key behaviour on v3.12.0 #118

Since 3.12.0, pressing the Windows key on Windows 10 does not bring the start screen (with its tiles) to front (and MG to the background) - which would be the expected behaviour. Instead, it only shows the Windows start bar overlapping the bottom of the game screen.

Not having an issue with this in Windows 10. When I press win key, I see the start menu.

Is this still an issue?
