Environment

What version of MegaMek does your issue apply to? MegaMek standalone 0.49.7 What operating system are you using? Windows, Mac, or Linux? Linux server, Windows client What java version are you using? JDK 11.0

Description

Purifiers in 2633 could not jump into hex 2831 despite it being a legal jump

The unit in question belongs to "Edgar's WOBIEZ" and I could repro the issue on load with a Linux client runing 0.49.7, joining as that player. It is not allowing any jump over that level 1 "barrier" but the other expected jump moves (i.e., to the south) are allowed.
