MegaMek is a networked Java clone of BattleTech, a turn-based sci-fi boardgame for 2+ players. Fight using giant robots, tanks, and/or infantry on a hex-based map.
I can't exactly recall the source, yet there is a possibility that PPC can achieve the EMP effect (similiar to the Taser or TSEMP) on the struck target, but with low probability.
I know that many video games are using this trope to impair sensors or shut down Stealth Armor by disabling ECM, so I have a proposal:
If 1 PPC hits the target, it would require 10 to breach the dampers to affect the target; 2 PPC's would need 5 and 3 PPC's would need 1. All PPC's hits would be then zeroed on the next turn.
