MTF Files: Talon TLN-5VNO appears be to non-canon #4376

Talon TLN-5VNO appears to be a non-canon unit. It doesn't exist in the MUL: http://masterunitlist.info/Unit/Filter?Name=Talon

It's not mentioned on the Sarna page either, however, there is an apocryphal variant "TLN-5VND" mentioned (probably a typo?): https://www.sarna.net/wiki/Talon_(BattleMech)

Affected file: "megamek/data/mechfiles/mechs/WWEs/Talon TLN-5VNO.mtf"

Should be deleted or moved to "data/mechfiles/unofficial"?

It's actually a unit from one of the World Wide Events.
