[49.18 Nightly] "More" Button greyed out for ASF, sometimes. #5225

Title.
ASF "more" button is blacked out to see extra buttons, but if I change it to 16 per row the extra buttons are there and I can fly off.

This did not happen always, as i used it normally and flew off earlier in the same game.

It happens from time to time in 49.12 in ground combat as well. Typically fixed by hitting "Next unit", even when there is only one unit left.

I've found that by pressing delete (which removes the last hex of movement) and then adding it back in, the button will un-grey its self.
