49.11 (Feature request?) battle armor squads, maniples, and points #1221

Whether a battle armor unit is a squad, maniple, point, or level I should probably be selectable rather than automatically assigned based on tech base and unit size, as clan based organizations are entirely capable of fielding inner sphere armor, and it's not unlikely that a unit might use a non-standard unit size.

For example, the Wolf Dragoon battle armor units in Recognition guide 29 are labeled as maniples when they would be classified as points because of this issue.

In hindsight the reference to maniples shouldn't have been hard coded and more generic approach of squad.
