Add separate handling for BA PW jump bonus tooltip #1498

Fixes the tooltip displayed for the final Jump MP box, for BA Jump MP with Partial Wing (the actual jump calc fix is in MM).

Testing:

Ran both MM and MML unit tests (MHQ still broken)
Verified correct tooltip value is displayed in MML
