Environment

MegaMek Version: MekHQ v0.49.20 Development Snapshot Operating System: Mac Java Version: 20.0.1

Description

According to page 134 of the third printing of Interstellar Operations: Alternate Eras, Smart Robotic Control Systems are compatible with Small Craft. However, MegaMekLab currently doesn't allow them to be mounted on Small Craft, only permitting the shielded aerospace counterpart.

I tried fixing this myself, but I can't seem to even find the correct file.

Plausibly related, a drone carrier control system should also be mountable.

Not really related, since that's just a normal piece of equipment that doesn't affect the control interface of the Small Craft itself.
