When using AtB, there is a contract generator. I do not know how true to FMM:R it is. Do you mean for use outside of AtB?

AtB uses the CO contract modifiers ie 1.2 x 1.5 x 1.3 rather than the FMMr values 1.2 + 1.5 + 1.3

This is one of those features that has been on the list of things to do for awhile, its just a matter of who gets to it first.
