[49.8] Conventional Fighters in Transport Capacity Report #3354

Environment MegaMek version: 49.8

Description Conventional Fighters do not appear on the Transport Capacity Report. This May be intended if they are added as raw cargo. However raw cargo is also missing in the Transport Capacity Report which could be added.
