50.00 - StratCon Allied Orbital Defense Facility does not work. #4786

I have one on my track. Supposed to prevent hostile air.

First mission, I get enemy Air Opfor (from an enemy Air Base) and an Enemy Air Ace. (both of these are added by modifiers). image

So, it either just doesnt work at all, or doesnt work on air units added by modifiers.

The Enemy Version definitely does work as I have had it used against me. But the allied one does not.

To function properly, I believe it should prevent use of all enemy air units of any kind, until it is destroyed.

My gut is telling me that it can't 'see' the contents of the modifier, so doesn't prevent those units from being added.
