MekHQ is a java helper program for the MegaMek game that allows users to load a list of entities from an XML file, perform repairs and customizations, and then save the new entities to another XML file that can be loaded into MegaMek.

Brief Description *
When running a Recon scenario, it can roll an air support modifier. (In the attached save, it's Recon - Heavy with a BadIntelAir.xml modifier.) This includes the planes in the list of units that need to be scanned. This is probably an unintended interaction because it's very silly and likely impossible for a ground-based force to accomplish.
