Regenerate db on build; ignore db file

So I was playing with the articles, but they just wouldn't update their names in articles.html. After a while, I realised that it simply wasn't regenerating the database file for each build, which it should be doing. I'm not sure how you guys were doing it, but it looks like you were manually generating the database when you change something, which is silly, so I changed it so that the database is automatically regenerated whenever you run build.

I'm almost certain we don't use the db for anything atm...

The article names in articles.html are generated in build.py from the metadata in each file

The function involved is articles_urls

So they should update every time you build

The database isn't in use yet.
