Reference test #50

Add a new test which compares rendering of a markdown article to a reference html file. Two new megphys commands: test to run tests, update_tests to recreate reference html file.

update_tests should be run whenever a change to the base template is made.

...and you can see the new test in action right now. It has apparently failed its own PR.

Pandoc running on the travis linux servers seems to render the YAML metadata block as an actual html table.
