Can't start Flash Tool #20

Hi. Trying to start Flash Tool, get the message: The application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "windows". Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. The same on three differet PC's (Win7). What am I doing wrong?

can you try an older release of flashtool? 1.0rc2 for example.

Yep, Flash Tool 1.1 started. Can't check how it's work right now, I'll try it later today

ok, so only the 1.1r2 does not work on your win7. right? I will have a look tomorrow on my win7 machine.

Flash Tool 1.1 working properly, firmware on my Crius was updated

@smurfy. FlashTool1.2 does not start on my Win7 machine too. It requires "windows plugin". Did you change QT version?

@mstrinzha, yes i upgraded to 5.3

could you try http://smurfy.de/files/flashtool1_1r2b.zip ? i replaced the qwindows.dll with the 5.3 one. I have windows 8.1 and everything works, probably because i have qt in my path. (i have 3 different qt creators and qt sdk's for different projects)

a question more : how can i flash my quad with flashtool with a 2.8 or 2.9 version of arducpter , is it possible ? (i don't like 3.x )
