Documentation specific to each version #3794

I am still using an older version of Blazorise (0.9.4). The current docs are updated for the latest release of Blazorise and do not show some information specific to older versions.

It would be nice if the docs had a drop-down option to allow the user to select which version of the docs they would like to see. This would help make it clear to the user if the docs they were reading reflected the version they were actually using.

Bootstrap does a great job of this and could be used as an example: Screenshot_20220512_223339

We're more focused on going forward from 1.0 now. But the old version is still available at https://v094.blazorise.com/
