I have read the paper and am having hard time understanding size-aware circle NMS.
In page 5, it says,
"The blue box with a lower score will be suppressed in scenarios like the left portion of
Fig 3 because it has a greater _xthre and _ythre.
The blue box will be suppressed in scenarios like the right portion of Fig. 3
because the distances in the x and y axes are more likely to
be smaller than xthre and ythre in the mean time."
How does the left portion of Fig 3 has greater thredholds and the right portion is smaller than two thresholds?
