Updated to 1.19.3 & 1.19.4 #28

Hello, a small update to port to 1.19.3

Fixed 2 methods renames from 1.19.2
Fixed versions for buildscript dependencies
Bump plugins implementation dependencies versions
Bump gradle wrapper to latest
Cleanup mods.toml & bump JEI min version

hi. I held off for this as i was working on a pretty big rewrite of the mod to work on both loaders. wont merge now as future updates will be on that branch only

Oh sad :/ would have been nice to merge before the rewrite ^^' so the 1.19.4 would have been released Also, the lang files have been completed and cleaned, if you would like to use them, no problem

Oh I saw that. Could you make a new one to add those to the new main? Ill make some other couple changes to 1.19.2 today then I'll immediately port to 1.19.4
