[🐞]: Quill/treasure map glitch. VERY BROKEN! needs quick FIX!

Before Continuing:

[X] Check you are using the latest version of the mods and its dependencies
[X] Always include a latest.log if you are crashing
[X] Remove mod that enhances Minecraft: Optifine, Sodium, others. The issue persists.
[X] If you are unsure which mod is the culprit. Disable all of your mods and enable them 1-2 mods each time to isolate the culprit
[X] Confirm that there is no existing issue with a similar description submitted in the list of issues.

Issue Detail

using a treasure quill in offhand makes a treasure map dupe factory in slot 1 as long as you let the quill load it will produce a map over ANYTHING in slot 1 even other items. this can turn really bad if someone has their best item in slott one and then opens a treasure quill on offhand. very broken needs quick fix!

when you find a quill in a boat and use it when its in your off hand slot [F] its searches for a suitable treasure. when it find one it then places the found treasure map in slot 1 and keeps producing new maps from the quill in offhand into slot 1 any item that was in slot one previously will be deleted, this includes the maps the quill makes. when i tested it and moved the quill away from the offhand slot it finally stopped at map#104 with a few random numberd duped maps in my inventory i grabbed from slot 1

Same here. Playing Prominence II Classic modpack (v2.6.0), using Supplementaries 2.7.8. It just void one of my best sword😭
