Make Cakes with Candles lightable by Gunpowder #1059

If one wants to be pedantic, Cakes with Candles count, too.

Also removes an extra newline at the end of the file because the online GitHub text editor does that? I don't know why.

Upon further testing, it seems like the existence of this tag on Candle-like blocks does not affect whether or not they can be lit up. I am not sure why as I do not know the code, so the tag may just exist to be more explicit or as a fallback for compatibility.
