[🐞]: Lunch basket bypasses item cooldowns

The CombatNouveau mod adds cooldowns to certain items for balance, namely splash potions. Splash potions can be put in and used from a lunch basket, and when used this way have no cooldown, bypassing the restriction set on the item itself.

I wonder if it's an issue to how those cooldowns are added or it's outright a lunch box issue. Would be worth testing with some food that naturally has cooldown or allowing some item with cooldown in it to see how it behaves
