1 year ago You must have some buggy rendering mod. This does not happen on both loaders as it's something which directly uses both forge or fabric rendering API without any tricks. Culprits could be mods like sodium or iris for example. If you find out which one it is you should report to them
I updated the mod to the latest version and all carved pumpkins and jack o' lanterns appear like this
