Player marker disappears and stays gone after traveling on a horse at speed #140

The player marker is no longer visible in the map, but is on the minimap. Forge 47.2.20 Mod: 1.20-6.0.7

Client, singleplayer. This occurs with a fast horse, but I'm not sure the limits at which it can happen. I'll actually just test this momentarily. It's not linked to chunk loading, since I pregenned that world extensively.

I tried going very fast across chunks and couldn't replicate. Is it just tied to a horse?

I also tried as well. Perhaps it's only if the chunks are preloaded for a very long way and map has to write fast?

That may take a while to test and I don't have the time to pregen a world rn. a 5k on vanilla should only take a good pc about 30-45min, that's how long mine takes with lots of mods.
