net.minecraftforge.fml.ModLoadingException: Mod File Adorn-3.8.1+1.19.2-forge.jar needs language provider kotlinforforge:3.7 or above to load §7We have found none at net.minecraftforge.fml. This has nothing to do with this

adding kotlin seems unable to fix this. closing the issue and lemme dig deeper into it
