I couldn't find the setting to shorten or turn off the sleep time for both singleplayer and multiplayer, can you help me in detail?

I made the game time at night and went to bed. It's been 5 minutes and the character still hasn't fallen asleep, what's that like? Wasn't it supposed to be morning all of a sudden after going to bed, yoska, did I make a mistake somewhere?

When you lay on a bed, unless some mod is interfering, a message that says "press space to sleep, shift to get up" will pop up
