Copper vertical slab oxidation #10

Vertical slabs of copper blocks, such as the Create ones, should be oxidized like any other copper blocks.

same with @consistency_plus compat slabs. unable to use honeycomb on them, nor do they oxidize. any chance of copying block properties when creating vertical slabs?
