Some wooden vertical slabs erroneously have stonecutting recipes

The vertical slabs this mod adds for Immersive Engineering treated wood (and its variants) and all eight Twilight Forest wood types can be produced via stonecutting, when wooden blocks are not otherwise compatible with the stonecutter.
