Config option to disable flatening players (when jumped on / hit with shovel)

I don't really like to add a config to disable the main feature of this mod (raygun).

A config option to disable goomba sounds fine. I could generalize the current "[Interactions] JumpOnShrunkenPlayers" config and avoid flatening players on shovel hits if this is disabled, too

uh, ok i understand, just feels raygun are too powerful on shrinking the player side
